I'm looking at getting a Arctic Power 500W PSU for a new i5 build I'm planning to make over the next couple of months.

And didn't ya just wonder, even for a second, as to why that might be?

Well this PSU has got 49 reviews averaging 5*, so I didn't think it would be too bad, but fair enough, will head out in the search for something better
