can i send mobile phone via Royal mail?

I've sold a phone on ebay but i have never send a phone via Royal Mail before. I just found out they have this guide of what can be send.

But i'am still not 100% sure because this guide is confusing me . Can i send mobile phone with battery being inside the phone?
