Finding out who owns a car

Hi folks,

The answer is probably no but i'll ask anyway is there anyway to find out who owns a car based upon the it's registration? Took the car out this morning only to come back and find someone parked in my private space, it's not one I've seen related to the flats before and I'd like to find out who owns it so we can get it moved!!!

We have had this problem in the apartment block I live in before. Usual solution is to block the car in and wait for them to ring your buzzer asking you to move - then you can explain the error of their ways to them.

Our spaces have numbers on mind.

Might be an idea.

Done this, and I've just ordered a "Private Parking" sign, can't believe how inconsiderate people can be, I put this in the same bracket as parking your car in your next door neighbors driveway without permission! :mad:

Panick over, turns out it was some random visiting someone in the same street (nothing to do with any of the flats) taking a chance that we wouldn't be home until gone 5pm :rolleyes:
