Fttp looking for a quality router

I have just moved into a new house that has fttp and I have got 200meg download speeds and a bt hh5.
I'm wanting to ditch that and get myself a top notch router that has a good range.
Anyone point me in the right direction please?

I am finding that the wifi drops to very slow speeds and needs to be rebooted, and the range isn't very good. So I do feel like a new router is the only option
