Gaming/Photo Editing PC Upgrade Advice

Hi All,

I'm doing a completely new build in the next couple of weeks and was hoping to get some build advice as i'm completely out of the game components-wise. I use my current PC for Gaming and Photo Editing but it's on it's last legs so starting fresh and donating this to my girlfriend! My budget is £3000.00 including a monitor. Appreciate any suggestions you guys can make!

Equal parts? I know that's not very help but it's pretty accurate.

Monitor around a 28inch. Happy with 1080p but 4k if it'll work with my system.
