How quiet should my BeQeuiet AIO be?

Hey all I have in my system a be quiet! Silent Loop 2 360 and its not as quiet as I thought it might be.

I thought at first it might be my old 1070 graphics card, but since swapping for a new 4070 I think its the AIO

All my temps seem fine (27-32 idle), but Im getting a bit of a whining/droning noise which is loud enough to annoy me.
I don't think its any of the fans, could it be the pump itself?

Has anyone any experience with these?

No experience with bequiet in particular
But yes some pumps can be irritating at certain rpms
Try altering pump rpm
My pump at 75% can be annoying
But 70% it's fine
80 to 100% its also fine
So can be vibration/resonance at a particular rpm
Bit like some cars steering wheel may vibrate at certain speeds
