How to find my IMAP password in Outlook?

I have an IMAP account for the local council in Outlook. I only use this email address in the outlook app Outlook on desktop, but want to add it to an Outlook app on my phone as I keep missing stuff.

I have no idea what the password is. Is it possible to find it?
