Legality of Legalsounds.com

Morning all,

I was told by a colleague this morning that Legalsounds.com is based in Russia and is offering Chart albums for downloading at extremely low prices, and wondered about the legality of buying tracks from there and keeping them on my mp3 player.

Has anyone got any thoughts on this please?

k - although I wasn't really after a debate it's been quite interesting, and although no one has concisely answered my OP, I think i'm at the conclusion that for people in Russia, the tracks are perfectly legal to download, however for people outside Russia (e.g. people in the UK) the tracks would be illegal to download.
