It is like a screensaver or I gave shutdown Monitor in power setting, but it is random. Anyway on the Manjaro forum they said it could be a extention, I have not started any though, Not even sure how to get to the ext. panel. It comes right back after I press a button. I already did all they told me on the Manjaro forum.
