Mini Mac or a Imac is it worth it?

Hi,

I have been considering getting a second hand mini mac or an imac for websurfing??

Reason being is that my beloved EVE game got hacked and am worried about secruity as i do a lot of online shopping etc.

I know that macs are a lot safer as they have not as many attacks etc as PC's but is it worth getting one just for websurfing?

Lol true, but i have always wanted to have a go at OSX. Anyway will keep my eye out for a cheap mini mac i think.

It's not worth buying one purely for websurfing when you can either install linux for free, or spend a bit of time and money choosing more secure passwords and buying some decent firewall software.

But... if you have more money than sense, why not go for it.

if you just want to surf the net and send a few emails then a mac mini would be fine
