Does anyone know we're to get hold of a MXM graphics cards heatsink. It's for a small form factor PC, so just a standard type of heatsink is needed.

Been considering getting a generic CPU heatsink and drilling holes - but would rather get something purpose built.

I have plenty at work. They are specific to chassis but no issues if its going in a SFF. Out of interest are you using a laptop motherboard in a SFF Case or trying to convert a MXM to PCIe?

It's to go in an hp Elitedesk 800 g1 usdt, so much smaller than SFF.

Just needs to be a 'standard' shape heatsink. 60mm square, no fan required (as it's directly in front of the chassis fan), and not too tall.

Unfortunately MXM coolers ii have are or top spec laptops. They are just a plate with some heatpipes coming from it to a smaller heatsink that is made to fit at the rear of a laptop and cooled with a blower fan. Something like this.

Just thought i would include images and info with regards to my cooling on Acer 9920. I have been down the failed 8600m gt path and Now have an Nvidia 9600m gt. together with a 8cm X 1cm 5 volt usb fan
