Orange Answer phone...

My orange answer phone message icon on my SPV C550, wont seem to go away. I have no new messages and i've turned the phone on and off.

Last night and the night before my gf tried to ring me and she said she left a few messages that I did not get and im yet to get them. I find that kinda strange to start with, but now I have 'No New Messages', deleted all my saved messages and the icon wont go.

Anyone got a clue why ?

There are times when the icon can get 'stuck' due to the way it's sent and recieved from the phone, or if people delete the last message in the inbox and hang up to quickly (the message gets deleted but the icon doesn't get turned off).

Call customer services and explain the problem, and they should be able to get it up and running again for you

Call yourself, leave a message , listen and delete. Works for me.
