Phanteks Support

Hi. Anyone had any success with Phanteks support? I bought a case with defective paintwork on the side panel. I contacted them instead of OcUK within a few days. They promised me a new panel. Four months later I still haven't received the panel and they will not respond to my emails.

It has eventually arrived, thank you Phanteks. I feel more confident in purchasing Phanteks products now.
