rice crispies - will i die

Note-Right I don't believe her first off but do feel bloated so have to ask

Just had a box of rice crispies 510g with 4 pints of milk. Now I feel bloated and the wife said, course I will as its made from rice which expands in your stomach. So the question is/are a) are they really made from rice as rice is tiny b) will it expand inside me c) will my stomach explode alien style?

Some part of me says I shouldn't post this as does seem a little silly but meh
