Updating Office Licence

Hi

Wondering if someone can help me, I am trying to find out how to amend the account used to register an office 365 install from one Microsoft 365 account to another. On Windows this is as simple as clicking file-->Update licence within one of the apps and then logging in with the new account details.

I dont have access to a Mac to check and have googled but cant find the way to do it on MacOS and was hoping someone on here could advise and maybe post a couple of screenshots as well.

Its the actual apps licencing that needs to be redone. I have worked it out though, you have to click your profile top left in one of the apps and choose sign out. Then sign in with the new M365 details.
