It's maybe about 1mm and not noticable when the TV is turned on and it hasn't damaged the pixels underneath.
Very small chip on TV glass. Anybody know how to fix it?

If it's actually glass, possibly DIY windscreen repair kit might improve it slightly
Unfortunately I think it's one of those where whatever you do will probably make it look worse
