Where to send P45?

Hi all, I'm starting a new job today and after checking the P45 my last employer has sent me I've noticed they've sent me the whole thing and not sent the top sheet to HMRC. Does anyone know the address this is supposed to be sent to so I can get it posted?

Yeh it's only a local company, found the office in Manchester so I'll send it off to them.
