Windows 95/98 theme for 11, safe?

MS has made some dumb decisions uv guw to change the fonts & theme settings. I posted a link in the thread I had on changing fonts, you pick the font, write the name & go to reg to change. What idiot came up with that plan???

Not sure why you would want to
Just personal preference on my part though
All the programs listed to do it
Seem fine
Though I would go to the actual softwares home page
Rather than links from someone else

Could try it in a VM first
Though not everything always works right in VM

The app to do it is $30, just to do that, nope.
