C&C Welcome :).

Yeah the 4th one is a bit "different". The city one is quite cool. My favourite has to be the 2nd beach one. It looks almost like a "timeless classic" photo.

So you holidaying there? Or just been? Someone off my Uni course is there now. Her parents have retired over there and she goes to NZ at every available opportunity.

All my family are from there, spent a few weeks there. Lived there untill 9/11.

Nice. And 9/11 you mean the September 11th attacks? How come you moved from NZ then then?

Yeah.

Didnt really settle in New Zealand, spent 3 years there. Its fine for a while, but the novelty doesnt last, after living in UK, gadgets etc.

Ah. Ironic that a fair few Brits would see NZ as a lovely place to emigrate or retire to.

I suppose the best thing to do with countries like NZ and Canada where the scenery is beautiful is to just visit them on holiday rather than spend a long period of time there. Course your photos don't help much. :p

Got any more? Or a Flickr link?

I recently got back from a month trip to NZ, if your reason for going back to the UK is lack of gadgets... fair enough  The place is no where near as crowded as the UK, amazing landscapes, especially on the west coast of the south island.

Haha, click link below my sig.

Thats not them all, took around 500 odd, and just selecting a few.

Dont get me wrong, New Zealand is a great palce, part of the reason was my sister too - couldnt settle at all. Parents will end up moving back for retirement (again), and i think id easily move back.
