Yep, it's the only US Navy ship to be named after a foreign leader. The USS Sir Winston Churchill.

I believe the top pic, with the Spitfire, was taken when she visited Portsmouth but I may be wrong. As for flying the Ensign, I don't know but the ships patch is this -

Apparently the USS Winston S Churchill will have Royal Navy officer on its crew. Also it is the only US Navy ship to carry a foreign ensign, so seems like it'll carry the Naval Ensign of the UK permanently.

It also has a British modelled pub onboard complete with working taps but no booze. D'oh!

Yeah I know, but I want to create my own, and everyone seems to be using the same icons, I thought you would have been from the actual site but they're not. I'm guessing everyone just copies the images off each other.
