The PC8500 ones are the only ones you can guarantee will run those timings at 1066MHz. If they don't then send them back until they do. You shouldn't be out of pocket either if the RAM is defective whereas if you return them under the DSR, you pay the return postage. Also - be aware that if you have opened the packaging in a way that makes it obvious the RAM isn't 'as new' then you cannot return it under the DSR. This seems to include opening sealed anti-static bags.
Being blunt (and therefore quite rude) - you've apparently had a defective set of RAM sticks delivered and you're annoyed, so you're posting un-necessarily negative threads (the minute you use the phrase "rubbish?" because one set were bad, you've gone over the top in my opinion) and then you've knee-jerked yourself into buying slower RAM that may or may not run as fast as the defective ones you currently have.
As for not being able to wait - that's a common mail-order issue. You win by having the lowest prices, you lose by having to wait on the postman.
