Awful in what way? Some really bizarre comments in this thread, are a lot of people downloading this who don't actually like racing games or something? It's basically GTR2 with most of the cars and tracks removed, and GTR2 is a quality racing sim. It's fun to drive (and feels pretty realistic to me) and the racing against the other cars is fun, what other gameplay is there in a racing sim?

Agreed, how any one can say the gameplay is awful is beyond me, it simulates driving that car, and does it very well, I guess if your playing with a keyboard then it might seem awful

It's a race sim. It focuses on realism, so you can't take 2nd gear turns at 100mph.

I swear something is wrong. No matter how fast or slow I go, I always get tonnes of understeer on the first corener, but the rest seem fine. I pretty much always go straight off.

It's good but buggy here get a lot of crashes on servers played on 4 servers every one has crashed randomly maybe it's just people that stop hosting shame.

been playing online most of the night, down to a 2:14.4 now with no aids and in H Shifter mode on my G25, this is loads of fun

Got a 2:18 with the crappy controls on the 360 pad. Can't be bothered to set up my wheel.

Am really struggling to get the settings right, just can't control the bloody thing! I'm using a PS2 pad, can anyone recommend what sensitivity settings i should try?

Takes me back to Gran Turismo on the PS2 2, damn i got good at that. Gran Turismo would have been cool to have a cockpit view.

I'm tempted to get GTR2 now. Would that be playable with 7300gs gfx in sli?

Iv only had a small bash at it.. but the best i got was 2 29 and i have a g25 !!

I wish more servers allowed all the aids i never understood why they don't as people who want to turn those off if they have a wheel will be faster with the aids off all it does is make it incredibly hard to play on a gamepad, wheel users aren't affected one way or the other.
There does seem to be a very anti non wheel users stance in a lot of these racers.At least give us gamepad users a fair shot.

just tested the game out, it seems to be based on the live for speed game engine. car handles just like the ones do in that game too. load of crap. must be the beamer with the faulty rear subframe issues.
this game just makes me want to never touch a bmw.
