I don't think so. I think they take on fuel from a separate source. They run on heavy fuel oil, a highly viscous residual product of fractional distillation. It has to be heated before being introduced into the engine because it isn't volatile enough at low temperatures. It's essentially one step away from tar.and I think I'm right in saying that these things run on the crude oil that they carry.
They have their own processing plant on board to turn it into something burnable.
