Hey im building a new rig within the next 3 weeks, and id like to spend under £1300, heres what i got: any suggestions?

Leadtek GeForce 8800 GTX 768MB - £329
2x Crucial Ballistix 2GB - £200
Intel Core 2 Quad Pro Q6600 "Energy Efficient 95W Edition" - £181
Thermaltake VE2000BWS Armour LCS - £146
Gigabyte GA_P35T_DQ6 - £130
Corsair HX 620W - £94
Hitachi Deskstar T7K500 NCQ 500GB SATA-II - £69
Logitech G15 - £56
Swiftech Apogee GT Waterblock - £30
Samsung SH-S203BEBN - £20
3x Akasa AK-178-UV 12" Cold Cathode -£25
Arctic Silver 5 - £7

Total £1287

(also getting Crucial 2GB (2x1GB) DDR2 PC2-5300C5 - £58 for MBP, but that isnt part of the £1300)

I think this is a better buy:

It includes 8 GiB RAM. IF that's too much you can always cut back and pocket £100 or spend it on an X-Fi.

EDIT: I'm no expert, but isn't the D-TEK FuZion considered the best CPU waterblock today?

If your spending that much you'd want a CD drive in there too? :p , the one he selected would be fine, just wanted to point that out. Id say 8gb of RAM is a bit overkill, and just spending for the hell of it, especially when we don't know how far DDR3 is around the corner.
" 2x Crucial Ballistix 2GB - £200" im not sure how your working that out, but any ram that costs £100 for 2gb is overkill unless your a very extreme overclocker.

Id like to overclock as much as possible and i very rarely use my cd / dvd drive as it is. DDR3 is very expensive atm, with a cheap kit costing over £200, I really like the look of the Armor case and the crucial ballistix is the best buy, ill also know that when i oc it wont be my ram holding me back.

Hmm ok, just seems odd, seeing as all the ballistix uses the same chip's anyway, there all pretty similarly capable. The 800mhz version would get you up to 3.6ghz without overclocking anyway, im not sure how many 4x1gb systems get past that, was under the impression it limited overclocks.

Am testing crucial's RMA service at the moment(not of my choice lol) and i have to say it seems top notch, £1.70 to send it off first class recorded, with promise of them returning it next day from the arrival of my ram.
(I was using the 5300 at 3,3,3,8 at 800mhz, but one of the sticks was apparantly dead on arrival).

Watercooling kits generally don't seem to be as effective as custom kits, but i dont know all that much about watercooling . Whats the laptop memory about ?

I havnt done any water cooling before, i dont know what i need etc and if everything would fit. Obviously if you could point me in the right direction that would be awesome. Pref like an internal Radiator unless performance is much better external such as the Apex kit. Also the Memory is for my Macbook Pro.
