It can encode up to 3,116 characters from the entire ASCII character set.
Try 3116

the barcode points to an url about security, and the clue is "security counts but how many times".
I seriously doubt it is about the barcode.... gotta be on that page.
Try 16 in ASCII, there's two "securtiy"'s in pictures that a simple ctrl-f wont find!
