1. Why is the burger that I get in your shop look nothing like the picture in your advertisements? It's much smaller and flatter. The burger I get from my local fish & chip shop looks much closer to your photogaphs plus I get more choice in what I can have on it! Also I quite often don't have to wait as long!!


Food items shown in the pictures or adverts are prepared using the same menu ingredients and are made in line with the same specifications that are given to employees in all McDonald's restaurants. McDonald’s always strives to match the photographs and provide you with the food that you see in the quickest time but this is not always possible in a busy restaurant situation. If you feel, at any time, that the standard of food falls short, please do inform the restaurant manager, or you can always contact the Customer Service Team on 08705 244622. The team would be happy to investigate any issues fully on your behalf. In terms of toppings choice, the burgers have been developed over a number of years to meet the taste expectations of the majority of customers. If you want a burger that doesn't have the standard ingredients, you can always ask when you order; please bear in mind that this might take longer to prepare so you might have to wait for your order to be made up. 360. why cant every meal be a happy meal? i would love a free toy included with my bic mac meal

You can always purchase a Happy Meal toy as a separate item if you'd like a toy with your Big Mac meal! There are no plans to extend the Happy Meal four item approach to the rest of the menu for adults - however, McDonald's hopes that every meal brings happiness with it whatever the customer's age. 363. according to the '3 second rule' any ingredient of food that is dropped on the floor 'i.e cheese or burger' is put straight back into whatever item of food it is meant for. i have been reliably informed this by a member of your staff of 5 years who shall remain nameless! i believe you will say this is untrue but i have cctv evidence on the contrary!

This is a serious matter and the company would very much value the chance to view the video evidence that you say shows this misconduct. The company policy absolutely states that this behaviour is not condoned as it contravenes all of the internal health and safety procedures. McDonald's is very conscious that it needs to make all its menu items as affordable as possible whilst balancing this against the quality of ingredients that it also considers a must for its customers. Unfortunately, the company can not offer the great tasting food its customers deserve and rightly expect at lower prices. In fact, the Happy Meal price has stayed at £1.99 since 1992 against an inflation rate that has increased the cost of a normal grocery shop by 47% and if applied to the Happy Meal would have taken this price to £2.93. 358. Is it true that Ronald Mcdonald used to be a normal 16yr old employee before he had an accident and fell into the deep fryer and came out all clown like and mentally retarded? I heard he couldn't speak at all anymore and never left the restaurant so McDonalds covered it up by making him the mascot. I saw this in PETA's documentary on your restaurant. Please set him free. This is a gross violation of child bondage laws.


Ronald McDonald has been the company's Chief Happiness Officer since 1963 and he's definitely well and free as you can see at his website www.bigredshoes.co.uk. McDonald's can only assume that the 'documentary' you saw was fictitious. (August 2007)

441. I had a McDonald meal a few weeks ago after going out and drinking 15 pints of Fosters Lager. I had 2 Big Macs, 9 Chicken McNuggets, 3 Quarter Pounders and 4 Large Fries. The following morning I was very ill. I vomitted several times. Could my illness have been caused by some rogue ingrediant in one of the burgers? Thanks. Carl

McDonald's food contains nothing that should make a healthy person ill or feel sick in any way and all ingredients that are used are similar to those you would buy in the supermarket or use at home. (July 2007)

32. I can get "small" meals, "medium" ones, "large" ones, and "supersize" ones. How about "super duper mega" size?

McDonald’s currently has no plans to introduce a Super Duper Mega Value Meal. And, within the UK, McDonald’s does not serve the Supersize meals either.

I love asking them for a double whopper meal. Persist and it really annoys them :D

I wonder how many of my burgers have contained saliva and mucus.
 
LOL at some of these, classic.

I actually asked for a cinnamon donut a few weeks ago and the girl said... "a what?" so I repeated and she said..... "a what?" again, so I just said, nevermind.

She had obviously never heard of cinnamon. Shame cos it owns.

Cant believe they were withdrawn :(
