Apparently lots of people who ordered from **** on Jersey have had their orders cancelled and removed from basket.

I bought an 360 yesterday (waiting for delivery) and just wondering - is there any chance in hell that I will be able to get a copy of Halo 3 without having a pre-order in a shop?

Depends which version your after:

Normal - Definately
Limited Edition - Maybe
Legendary - No way in Hell

Yep, people I know who work at a certain game shop say they are getting loads and loads of Halo 3 regular in, but the limited and legendary are a lot more difficult to get a hold of.

had mines on order since the 23rd from a reliable retailer, although i am still waiting on a replacement big daddy from them.
It is showing as ordered so i am hopeful i will get it, i might send them a message asking.

For those who are ignorant like me, whats the differences between the 3 game versions ?

First game was great 2nd game was poor 3rd game isnt much better than the 2nd lol
havent tested the multiplayer yet but im guessing it will be much better than 1st and 2nd games online play.

and my answer to you is if your getting a xbox360 just becuse of this game then i advise you dont...
becuse there are far better games out there... (cough G*w cough Gra*2) to name just a few examples

normal = just the game
limited = game in a metal case with a making of dvd
Legendary = collectors edition inside a limited edition Spartan helmet with an extra disc containing all the cutscenes from halo 1 and 2 in High Def and some machinima interviews.

The differences are:

Normal: Game + Manual

Collectors: Game + Making of DVD + AV Calibration Disc + Art Book

Legendary: Game + Making of DVD + Extra Making of which goes deeper+ Red vs Blue special episodes + all promo videos +AV Calibration Disc + Art Disc + Cinematics Disc (all cut scenes from Halo 1 and 2 Remastered)
