I'd like some honest opinions about the new Sega Rally - should I pick it up etc?

I was such a fan of the original as I think a lot of people were. Do you reckon it will as good? The track deformation I've read about - that sounds good and coupled with all the change in surfaces it seems like there will be in the game.

Like here with the Alpine track where it goes from road to slush to snow and then back again. To me that looks good.

Plus the online play is proper online play - not like with DiRT where its just a time trial.

Thoughts?

Ill be getting it, always loved the gameplay of sega rally, plus the track deformation looks awesome. Thisll be the 360's first proper rally online experience aswell since dirt's online was very poor. :)

If its like Sega Rally on the Saturn then I'd get it. I might go buy a Saturn on Ebay now. I wish I never sold Panzer Dragoon Saga :( £80 was too good to turn down though.

Is there any news of demo being released for this on market place?

It looks supurb but would rather have a bash on it before rushing out to buy on release day.

Its gonna be awesome! I have loved both Sega Rallys up to now for different reasons but they never fail to impress me (although I didn't like how the PAL DC version was 50Hz)

Loved the demo, so much more fun than the dire rally cars in DiRT. My copy should be waiting for me when I get home too ;)

yep, i got it, deffo worth it IF you want a pure aracde slippy slide racing game, people that moan that they cannot control the car are not real sega rally fans because its ALWAYS been like this and to me the game does not disappoint and is great fun
