Well after much anticipation i bought one and really like it.

The wrist wrest was annoying so got rid of that and lighting is quite good.

The only problem i have and i am thinking of sending it back due to is that some of the have to be pressed quite hard to work.

Mainly its the "o" which is quite annoying.

As anyone else got / had the same problem.

I'm thinking with a bit of use it may loosen up, on the other hand i paid for a working keyboard.

What do you reackon?

If it wasnt for the dodgy keys i would give it a 7/10.

Mine's absolutely fine, got it second hand too. All of the keys work perfectly.

I got mine for £16 quid, and I think it's a pretty good keyboard at that price. Yours must have a problem, so i'd return it if I were you.

Right so just concentrating on the "o" for a minute.

If i press the "o" in the bottom left hand corner of the key it doesnt work any other part of the key and its fine.

Bit peeved now, think ill return it and i wont be buying another.

Right checked all the keys and the following dont work correctly: i,k,m,o & p.

I got one and its fine no stuck keys or owt.
Get a screwdriver and flick the keys off.
Something may be stuck behind them.
OR
Send it back :D

I can recommend these dirt cheap but tremendous always used them game a lot.

i have a logitech media keyboard atm, cost 12 pound and cant fault it for gaming.

I want a disco with my new pc though, saitek here i come!

My Saitek is excellent, very happy with it. Always have the backlight set to red, very nice in the dark.

Only minor issue i have is that the colour isnt saved once u turn the pc off so it defaults back to blue again.

Other than that, 100% happy, got it while it was 29.99 from OCUK too which i thought wasnt bad as the price went up to 35 quid a month after i bought it.

My missus calls it pink so i stick to red lol

LOL, whenever my missus has been on the pc it is always set to purple, so that gets changed back straight away. When my dad had to use it, he whinges that he cant see the keys properly so has to turn the lights off - absolutely ridiculous.

Even typing this now, it is much easier to see the letters, as it is still quite dark in *** room and doesnt warrant a light being on.

I love the Eclipse II.
I didn't buy mine for the fact it "glowed".
I demand a lot from a keyboard, I needed keys weighted in a certain way - can't require too much of a push or else my fingers would get tired.
On the flip side too easy to push and you make far too many mistakes as you're never sure if a button has been pressed.
I've paid £25 - £30 for each of mine:

1 - Home use, main PC
2 - Home use, wife PC
3 - Home Use, still boxed for when one eventually fails
4 - Work Use, main PC

i am also looking to get one of these, whats the difference between this and I?

I am just after the red so cant be chewed with the fact you need to change it back after every reboot. Is there any upgrades from the I & II apart from the 3 different colours?

After reading a few reviews, a few said the painted keys start to wear away.

Other than that i would have got one myself as i think it looks better.
