Nah, they are both heavy (for their size), and cumbersome frames. Probably both badly welded too, the blue one is pretty much a certainty.

Universal and Peugeot frames. Eugh, penski, it's like a 1.2 Corsa with 16v badges and a big arse exhaust, accompanied with pink neons and a pink steering wheel cover to you.

Do the honorable thing and take them to the tip. They are probably worth £20 for the pair if you find a blind buyer.

Not decent brands (well Peugot has made semi-decent racers in the past but that isn't one) and from the graphics and forks they are old so I'm going with "probably barely worth taking to the scrappy".

I was a bit curious as well, Universal have always been cheapy superstore material as far as I was aware. Perhaps Univega was what was meant?

They aren't all that bad, ols school skinny steel frames. Bit of work could be built up into a perfectly nice commuter / hack bike. Bet these ride a lot better than some of today's twaddle you see in some shops

I saw a charver fixing a bike, asked him if he was into his bikes, told him I had two frames that I didn't use any more. He asked how much, I said £30 each and we settled on £50 for the pair.
