Yea, they are. Just like any other Foreign car.

There are loads of exotics around London with Dubai plates on mostly.

It's a Healey 3000, early sixties I think. Big cast iron 6 cylinder 3 litre OHV motor, almost no brakes and even less handling. Shouldn't say that, I've never driven one. 4 speed box, probably with Overdrive.

A lady Called Pat Moss used to Rally one on the Monte Carlo before the Mini showed how to win with a small car.
