Scrub that - I just needed to add them as friends. I guess they need to accept me as a friend before I can send the invite to them.

Looks like you need to add the person as a friend or send via an email address, I have added jamesmorris07 for my donation to the friends list.
 
Could you remove my hl2 from the list? I have a friend who would like it. I'll still be sending Jongo EP1 when he accepts me as his friend. :)
