I keep getting some little goit in Poland phoning me, it's really irritating, and I can't bar incoming international calls without phoning my provider, and I'm lazy.

I think that there was a thread fairly recently with the same number. It's customer services for one of the main mobile networds afaik.

Theres a website, i foget the name, that is goverened by the government and you type in the num and it gives you the details of the number, i.e address, names if poss, trying to crack down on spam... try find it, radio 1 was on about it the other day if that helps.
