You aint the only one. Seems he is too :)

He's used the same film, same actor, same scene, probably the same frame, pic from Google and image software too.

Yet his took more of an effort.

..especially one you can't win.

Perhaps it might make more sense for you both to agree to disagree and call it quits at that?

There's no point in arguing over something as petty as this - lets just move on huh ?
