It seems pretty average and the engine hasn't aged well at all considering it looked georgeous around a year ago :s

The only thing I can find is for the trailer posted in August.

Is this really that bad? Anyone played it yet?

It's not too bad at all, just not a patch (especially graphically) on some of the other upcoming games.

I quite liked it... But I agree, nothing new in the graphics department. But I still love the current graphics...

It seems like more of the same. Not necessarily an entirely bad thing because the original was good fun (although it did get a bit stale near the middle, but picked up again soon after). The original had some fantastic jumpy/scary bits, so hopefully they've managed to do that justice.

I've yet to play through the first expansion yet, so I don't think I'll be getting this one for a while.

hmm ok finally played it and yes you're right just the remake of the same old stuff, with a new character and new weapon.

But hey they increased the battery life.
