Just finished HL2 + EP1

Finished HL2 this morning, for the first time. and just got through EP1 in about 2 hours...really have enojoyed it, is EP2 worth going though, it obviously carries on where EP1 finishes?

No, It's more of the same and takes about 15/20 minutes longer. Wait till it's cheaper.

Yes. It's cheap enough. You get TF2 and Portal included for the same price as EP1 (kinda). It's better than EP1.

ep2 is better than the others and well worth it.

Also ignore ibot he has been spending the last few days spamming over and over in every ep2/portal thread that he doesn't like them. The guys and idiot and best to stick him on your ignore list

Can't you go somewhere else instead of coming into every Episode 2, Half-Life related or Portal related topic and saying how crap it is.

To answer your question yes it is worth it, IMO one of the best games of the year.

Yep. Get it. you wont regret it. ibot is an itroll. If it wasnt so funny id have him on ignore.
Its roughly £26 for all those great games (Depends on exchange rate).
Portal is great fun, and TF2 will keep you amused for hours / weeks.

I would have paid the £26 for TF2 alone and not been too upset with my purchase. Ep2 contains some of the best segments of HL2 to date (the final section being the prime example) and portal is fun and very well made even if it is just a big tech demo in my eyes.

I would say it was well worth the money (even if i am bitter about the black box being abolished).

is it worth getting that orange box, ive already got the xmas package with HL2/HL1 Source/HL1+2 DM And EP1...wish id have waited for this orange box now instead

Oh yes, the price of the Orange Box is worth it for TF2 Portal and EP2 alone. Just think of the other two games as freebies

EP2 Is a brilliant game, get it. Story line is the best in the HL2 series so far imo, and theyve tweeked the graphics for some extra eye candy ( Such as the shadows the torch casts ).

It was certainly good, but I did prefer the original over them all, and this is definatly better than EP1 for me.
