Only if both parents carried a recessive genetic mutation which is unlikely. Even then the chance would only be 50%. If both parents don't have mutated chromosomes then there is no increased risk.

Cousin ffs. Its still family. There are MILLIONS of people out there who aren't related to you, and a fair percentage of them who are attractive. Get some social skills and go meet new people, and perhaps even get some variations in the gene pool. :/
