2007 Brazillian GP - Race 17/17

I'd prefer Hamilton to win, but if he doesn't Kimi HAS to beat Alonso. Kimi's alright whilst "Fred" is a complete an utter tool. imo.

Alonso is the daddy of F1, now that Schumacher is gone. In the past a lot of the champions have been "tools". Senna was a very difficult person. Mansell, Prost, Piquet and Irvine all had run-ins with him. I guess, because he is dead, all that is forgotten?

Up to 11th from 17th in what, 4 laps?

Corking drive so far, given that it was a mechanical failure that put him back so far. With the mistake he made he would have been up there again already.

ITV presenters having the cheek to have a go at the race director for missing a single overtake, it's not like they missed 12 or anything. :p

On the evidence of the first lap... do you think he can manage that?

Yes. The first lap was very explosive and was from a standing start. The guy was obviously nervous. Now that he is moving and in the zone, its a lot easier to keep the ship going. Also, by the time he hits the front runners, he will know the best places to overtake.
