S939 x2 4200 - Overclock potential?

Stock at 2.2Ghz

What can these be clocked to.. be it a little or a lot?

Can get one cheaper than a x2 3800.

My 4200 is at 2.9 at 1.4 volts all my mb will do, my 3800 x2 only did 2.55 but a lot got a lot better than that.

Best I could manage was 2.6, need to have another crack at it as thats appaling

I did have 4 x sticks of ram though, running 2 x 1gb now so hopefully can pull some more out of it.

That would do me fine, I could'nt break 2.6 with 1.5+ volts, what motherboard is that on?

2.75GHz here without much effort. Would probably do more but stability is top priority for me. Running it on a DFI NF4 Ultra-D with AC Freezer 64 Pro.

I picked one up a couple of weeks ago, needs 1.425v for 2.5 Ghz, huge difference in core temps under load - near 20C. even at 1.5v it's not stable at 2.6Ghz.

It's not the mainboard, my opty 165 clocks higher and easier.
