If you a) sign in you can probably do it or b) send an email to the sites administrators with the link and they might do something about it. I'm not sure I follow exactly what is wrong with it though, it is quite clearly for a CD and as mentioned the pictures don't even show.

That is ONLY someone advertising for sale a CD that is supposed to contain programs/software that will let you change/set/other settings and whatever for that phone.
It's not like they are selling the phone.

some people should be shot. Why do they have to rip othres off to make money? how sad. You wont get anywhere with reporting him as its all legal i beleive. But i gues you might as well point out hes trying to trick people.

Its just like the person who sold jimmy hendrex air guitar. That went for a lot of money i beleive.

How exactly is he trying to trick people? that auction is quite obvious as to what hes selling if you bother to read it.

He states "some things that are shown may not be included due to cd updates".

How about the fact hes achualy showning screenshots from a pc on there for some of the things? How about he says would you like to own a mobile or somthing like that.

Come on hes trying to trick people into bidding more then its worth thinking its a mobile. i know if people did they would be stupid. But the point is hes a conner.

Sorry but you would have to be a real retard to read what he says as to meaning that you getting a mobile phone. Its a perfectly ok auction selling a disc with tones, updates, software and themes forthe phone model he descriped. Its not being deceptive and he points out that some of the pictures and themes maybe different to those shown. How that pretends to con people i fail to see.

Your missing the point. hes deliberatly trying to make it obscure. I didn't say people who are that dum dont deserve to be conned. Just trying to point out the fact he is still trying to catch them and its wrong.

I've just read that link before reading all of this post and my first thought was that he is selling a CD to enable features on a mobile phone. Never once thought he was trying to sell a phone.

Looks fair enough to me, certainly not as bad as the various "Brand NEW XBOX 360 box" type listings that were there when the 360 launched. Lots of people did get caught out then with £400 cardboard boxes and that was a deliberate effort to trick people

Seems pretty obvious what it is to me. Personally I wouldn’t buy anything off Ebay without reading the description in its entirety at least twice, but I guess some people have more money than brains. :rolleyes:
