Do you carry "protection" in your car?

I just don't see the point in carrying offensive/defensive objects/implements personally. If someone wants to car-jack me (why would they, I have a dog of a car) then I'd rather they took it than have a fight ensue...especially with the law these days, where I'd probably get done for GBH etc. and he/she'd get a slap on the wrist and my money form lawsuit.

I'm massive and could take anyone who might try to take my car.
I actually drive around rough areas with my windows down and doors unlocked in the hope that somebody will step up the plate and let me do them over, yo.

My dad always had a can of pepperspray in his car, he's still afraid to be without it in Poland while he regurally goes there. They're legal there too I think as they sell em anywhere even in front of the police.
 
2 guys tried to rob one of our boys a couple of months back. middle of a dodgy estate nobody about type situation, driver hit his panic button and less than a minute later he had half a dozen ned hating taxi drivers at his back but personally in a situation where its money/taxo/wahtever or getting stuck with a knife or needle they can take what they like

i carry myself. be it physically or mentally i will make the right decision should it need to be made.
 
I used to carry a tin of white gloss paint and a screwdriver.

It came in handy, someone chav scummer cut me up on the M4 in a nova with a zorst, near killed me, I got in front of him, my mate opened the paint tin and wanged it out the sunroof at this bloke, all over his car.
Ahh to be 19 and extremely stupid again.

Used to have a big spanner, i'm talking a massive rusty old thing my dad gave me because i said it was cool and it must've weighed 15 kilos. That was when I had my passat, used to keep it in the boot so not much use if some boyo's are trying to carjack me. Nonetheless, unless someones got a gun to my head or a knife to my throat, I aint gonna let them have it, i'd probably drive off.
Don't need anything in the M5, everyones under the impression I'm a drug dealer.
