How much have you spent on supplements this month or last month?

Just the usual I think $24 on MuscleMilk (banana creme mmmmmm) then the CytoSport 'Cyto Gainer' at another $27 and some Flax Seed Oil at $10 so about $62 :D
Or 30 quid ;)

Just ordered the following:

2 x 5lb tubs of Muslce milk = $60
200g of creatine powder = $8
100g BCAA powder = $12
1800 Omega 3 fish oils = $30

so $110

mmmmmm just drinking one now!! They taste sooooo good :p
What flavours do you go for?

Usually the banana creme, it like that antibiotic drink when i was little that was banana flavored hmmmm *goes to get another glass*

It works wonders too, I can really feel the difference when I'm using it, and considering what they would pay in the UK for something similar its a bargain!

Good point tbh. I just had a look on the website, for £23 you get 15 servings. Who on earth would pay £75 a month for that stuff!!?

Muscle Milk is over hyped, people love it for the flavours though so depends on what each individual wants. Amazes me when reading customer testimonials on sites, so many judge the quality of their supp's on the taste, crazy.

I couldn't care less what my shakes taste like, always buy in bulk and unflavoured.

I wouldnt buy it in england, but here its dirt cheap in all reality, and it tastes great so what more could I ask for!

and 23.99 is what? $50 thats insane we pay 23.99 in dollars for a tub!

Yeah thats what I would say - for the price there is no other better all round protein shake :D
Besides I'd rather pay a couple of extra bucks for a delicious shake!
I used to get the stuff from myprotein over there and I thought that was way over-rated for what you paid and what you got - never worked out that cheap for me!
Anyway 11pounds for a tub of Muscle Milk - haha

Nothing this month, and haven't for 3 month because i cant train due to an op:mad:. But will be stocking up next month for when i get back into it again. Cant wait, huge bulking diet ready and training routine. Time to put the 1.5stone ive lost back on

I beg to differ ;)

You do need to be a little bit savvy and buy in bulk to really make good savings. Buying little bits with flavouring, sweeteners, tubs does double the price! Also using the customizer is a big no if you want to make some decent savings.

Example:
5kg Unflavoured Whey [tubbed] = £31.95
or
5kg Whey + Choc Smooth flav. + Succ.extra + tub = £58.21

So that's an extra £26.26 just for flavouring and sweeteners!

I haven't been to the gym in a couple of months so nothing :o :(

Long story short, I signed up to an agency to get some work before going to university, and they have given me all of 1 days work. Subsequently i'm looking for another job.

have you looked at the nutritional values?

Yes thanks. I should probably say that for my needs/expenses this is the best shake for me. It's not to everyone's.

Chong - exactly, for what I want you don't get as much for your money.
I personally look forward to my shakes because they taste so good, and if I'm doing 3 a day then I want them not to be so bland :) but thats just me.

Plus MuscleMilk is not just the same as every other Whey protein you buy.

Have to agree, on days i skip meals I'm downing 4 or 5 a day, I also used to get unflavoured from myprotein in England but I was dreading even drinking that crap!
