Unreal Tournament 3 Goes Gold; November 19th Release Confirmed

Midway and Epic today announced that Unreal Tournament 3 has gone to gold master for the PC. Developed by the team behind the critically acclaimed video game Gears of War, Unreal Tournament 3 is currently scheduled to ship in North America on November 19th for the PC with a suggested retail price of $49.95 and $59.95 for the collector's edition. The PLAYSTATION 3 version will follow soon.

According to Midway the plan is to ship in the US on the 19th and in Europe on the 22nd. We don't have dates for the PS3 version yet but we're putting the finishing touches on it now and it is going to be great.

Xmas is cancelled this year. Not because I'm buying all these games, but because you're not going to get me away from the PC!

Enjoy this time in pc gaming. We will never see a line up of great games like this ever again.

Ive being playing the UT3 demo more than i have than full games.

sure??? not sure about gold but UT3 comes out 30th nov (yes another DELAY)
keepin tabs on UT3, NFS ProStreet, crysis. every time it comes close to the release date i have i check it and everytime, its delayed :mad:

Yeah to add more confusion to the release date yesterday I went into GAME to pre-order the collectors edition.

me: Its released on the 22nd right?
Game: its the 16th
me: you sure? I red 22nd on your website
Game: says 16th here (on the form he had of games due for release).

Anyway I go home not beliving him and decide to check the website to confirm this. So the date has actually been changed. To the 30th November.

So 16th, 22nd, 30th.. which will it be? I say 30th.

Pre-ordered the special edition now hoping the bank balance is high enough what with rent and things to pay and after buying the orange box and the witcher... Ahhhhhhh too many good games all at once.
