Can we compromise and use 'potential missus' ;)
You can you what ever you like, as long as it means an end to the fagging up of the thread.:)

I would love to see what women think of being called that :D

I may need some sort of suit to ricochet the weapons thrown at me if I called her that.

Think we both want watches. So basically I'm buying myself a watch and so is she :p

I was going to get mine a watch but she bought one the other day, I think I might steal it and throw it in the river then get her a nicer replacement for xmas. win win.

an electric violin or a singing saw....probably not the saw though...but perhaps! If she's lucky she might get a kalimba...but secretly that would really be for me.

an electric violin

Wow, that's a really cool present. I really wanted an electric violin for ages, but somehow I ended up with a viola instead.

I have no idea what I'm getting my other half, because it's still November :p. I've not even thought about my mums birthday yet, and it's only a week away.

So far I've bought the wife the Friends complete DVD box set, she's been wanting this for ages now. I've also got her some perfume, a book, some underwear, a mug and some slippers :p

Christmas ? Whats that ? .. lol

Im getting my girlfriend a pair of those pink GHD hair straighteners. Shes dying for a set.

GHD hair straighteners... great for the bird's hair but get her trained ASAP. She'll start leaving them about the place, hot. Then you'll jump out of bed late one morning and step on them, hair straighteners across naked piggies first thing in the AM does not bode well for a good day

Back o/t, me and the missus (girlfriend technically, but I've always used it and I'm not about to stop now. Same as many many friends of whom still do too.) are getting each other a Wii for Chrimbo. Woo, only a year late

My better half is turkish. Ergo, does not celebrate christmas. :D

But I'm going over to Istanbul, so I could wrap a ribbon around my neck or something. Be a bit of a rubbish present!

I started making a list a couple of months ago. A list of what to buy for people. I have a couple of toys for my children and our niece and newphew bought for and am still looking for things to put in the stockings. I do one for Cliff as well so need to pick up something for that too.

I love Christmas :D

I already bought and gave mine the PADI advanced open water divers course... we're off to Gran Canaria at the beginning of Dec

Meh my more attractive halfs birthday is on the 19th of Nov and was hoping for ideas ;o)

We are going to a wedding on her birthday, so she has already had a rather expensive dress, little jacket thing Stole (?), some jewelry to go with the dress... She is also getting some ankle boots that I have had pointed out to me several times! And perhaps a few other little bits.

Just a token present. Maybe another hard disk for my pc. I always buy her things for my computer.

It's our son's first christmas - he'll be ten months old on the 20th December so everything's revolving around him this year :D
