Where I come from crisps are made from potatoes. Also, look on any packet of nik naks etc and its listed as snacks not crisps iirc (though feel free to disprove that statement as it is entirely drawn from my hatred of said snacks and not based on any fact i have to hand)

Meh, I cant be bothered to bow to your pedantic nonsense, crisps are crisps. Corn is made cripsy, Potatoes are made crispy, so they're crisps.
