Not to derail my own thread but, i usually start official threads. Cause then ppl tend to post in them more rather than going about making new threads instead.

But anyway i cant wait to play the mp, im gonna level up to be a really cool sniper, and be near invisble in the bushes:)
 
This technically isnt thee official thread thou.
As once stated in the old book of forum rules and regulations, there can only be one official thread and it must be stated 'Official' in the thread title, followed by at least 3 asterisks.
 
Rather than post pointless comment about whether this thread should have this and............ why say that.......?

I would like to say I enjoyed the demo and have pre ordered the full game, now at least (hopefully) we'll have somewhere to discuss what we thought of the actual game!!!!!
 
Why post a comment about other peoples comments that naysay about the post?

just ignore them, alright it gets up your nose but no need to write about it.

back on topic.

Im really looking forward to this game, after playing games on a low Texture setting for ages and never playing a True HD title i want some nice graphics, as long as their is some element of fun involved.

Was just so gutted i couldnt find a job untill i was 17, years loss in wages :<
 
Timeshift beats CoD4 in every aspect
Crysis will too.
CoD4 is a 5 year old shooter with updated graphics, they need to do better IMO..!
 
I do like cod 4, and the clan im in will either move to this or crysis it seems. Although cod 4 is the only fps ever to give me motion sickness, well a bad head arch after playing for a short amount of time. Appart from bf2142 , but in that you can turn off the screen bobbin/screen shake which seems to cause the sickness for me, but in cod4 there is no option for this. I found a console command for it, but this wont work as it says its cheat protected, i hope they allow some way of turning it off in the full game.

But they are both different games you cant exactly expect to run around with timeshifting in Timeshift and cloaking in Crysis in COD now. :p

Cod MP is the best MP experience i have ever had especially with COD 1 online SP might be linear yes but its still very intense edge of seat stuff. Quite frankly when i played Crysis demo it failed to deliver just that it got so boring i did not want to play anymore. We shall see if Crysis mp lives up to COD but i have doubts it can hold the levels of fun that COD delivers.

Not bad looking game but no doubt could be better though but it would be nice to have destructable environments and all bells and whistles something i feel COD 4 missing.
 
I played the COD 4 demo after playing Crysis and it felt WAY to confined and linear. It looks fairly pretty but just didn't interest me one bit...
 
I actually like cod4 demo, and I love MP of the COD saga... but with crysis just a few day after is gonna be imposible to pay attention to this title at least this month XD
 
I love the crysis multiplayer beta works very well all sniper fans will like it a lot imo.
 
Ideally from what ive seen of both games id go with Crysis for sp and CoD4 for mp shenanigans :). While CoD4's sp didnt feel like anything special i loved the mp beta. Was the opposite with Crysis but getting them both should keep me busy for quite a while.
