Does Halo 3 want to make you commit suicide?

Jesus christ, have I had a bad time with Halo recently lol.

It really, really, really, really is doing my heading. Everything I do just goes wrong.

Everytime they have no shields, I beat them down 1st, and I can see I have beaten them down 1st, and I can see they have beaten me down after I have done them, and guess who dies....:( :(

Everytime I kill someone, theres someone always behind me to put in the last few bullets to finish me off.

And today, this made me want to cry like a little girl lol, in lone wolfs, 4 other people wanted to get the spartan laser achievement, so everyone agreed and it was all going well. Until it was my turn. Everyone started killing each other not giving me chance. This really did my heading. :(

And today aswell, people kept leaving the blady game so I kept losing - annoying meter running high....

Is it just me or does Halo feel really unfair. No other game has ****** me off as much as Halo has. Not even CSS.

Sorry about the ghey rant, just wanted to show how annoyed I am lol.

Does anyone still play this game on a regular basis? If so, does anyone fancy playing with me a few times? Try and make me love Halo again!

P.S Its not because I suck at Halo , im just having a really bad patch. Im level 32 in team slayer - so not brilliant, but not crap either :)
 
Join a Kreeeee or Krono game, fun to be had.

But yes, it can be a very, very frustrating game at times.

Dunno, check the Halo 3 thread. Whenever I see Kreeeee or Krono online they be a playin' Halo the third.

I really am considering doing this ya know! But I think Im going to keep halo because in the future it should be really good because I expect a lot of new maps and modes will be out for it.

COD4 was awesome in the beta, and Im definitly getting it. If only I had money... lol
 
You're not the only one with the melee problem, I've also got a problem with the sniper where I clearly snipe someone in the head and I am denied the kill...

3 years of playing Halo 2 were some of my best and most fun moments ever, but now I'm sick of this flawed piece of crap called Halo 3 just after just 1 month :/
 
I really enjoyed Halo 3 SP but I've had similar frustrating experiences online too. I seem to pummel my targets only to somehow not *quite* manage to bag the kill. The fact that the vast majority of players who have probably only had their grown-ups teeth comes through adds to the frustration IMO.

I stick to R6 Vegas/CoD4 :D

Bungie have been very disappointing with a lot of their changes. Their appalling matchmaking algorithm, their ranking algorithm, melees, map design, veto system... and many more. They could have made an absolutely amazing game but as it is it's just very good.

I still enjoy playing it but the blatant shortcomings are unforgivable, especially since halo 2 only had half of the issues, they added a lot more than they fixed!
 
Pah who plays that carp anymore, told you it would be dead inside a month ;)

COD4 is the game to own now for atleast 9 more days :)
 
my biggest gripe is with the melee attack, basically, if two people melee attack each other the one with less health will win even if he hits first.

theres a movie of this on you tube, apparently its deliberate too :/

i play now and again bengaboy (am on your friends list) so i'll keep an eye out for you. halo never winds me up...it's pro evo that makes me want to commit murder! lol!

That's the main issue that annoys me when I play.
