Wow just had a bash online after installing it

Not going to get much sleep tonight, got everything high at 1920 x 1200 and get 50 - 80 fps

Back to work for a few hours

*havnt read any of this thread*

When I try and run the single player the game just keeps minimising itself.

Its fine for multiplayer try and switch to single player through multiplayer and that doesnt work.

I can hear the music and everything but the game just keeps minimising.

Got latest video drivers blah blah...

Anyone else having this problem?

Fair enough, surprised no-one questioned it originally, I haven't read the whole thread.

No matter, been confirmed it's DX9 now anyway.

EDIT: Just seen the post you're talking about by Zildjian, he was talking about Crysis, not Cod4.

Im having trouble with mine,using 8800GTX with latest officials, trying to play COD4 demo to see if I want to buy it, but its not rendering properly, its all white with occasional black swirly 'blobs' floating around the screen, driver error by looks of it, other games play fine, any ideas?

yes but it plays UT3 and crysis and everything else I can land my hands on just fine (I hear crysis is VERY sensitive to overclocking, but still works fine, is COD4 worse?)

EDIT: just tried it at default clocks ,same error

starts fine just when i get into the game the screen goes all white and black blobby, 2 driver versions ago it worked fine :mad:
