New Corsa 1.2 SXi vs 1.2 Design

I can get a cracking deal on tehse two cars via work, so I am wondering which of these two cars you would go for?

What you actually mean is that you are entitled to a company car, and you can lease the Corsa for an employee contribution of £30 a month.

What you've probably not realised is that you will also be liable for company car tax

yer thats where the good deal ends, they quote some crazy price. well depends if you wanna buy... i suspect you wont ??

I did realise that what i meant was;

some people got out every year and buy a £200 banger and dump it when its mot run out etc and then with the free insurance and servicing thats brilliant if you can live with it

I'm not sure about the new Corsa's, but on the old ones (corsa c), design has AC as standard. SXI has "sports seats", and different trim, different alloys, mostly cosmetic stuff. SXI also has *slightly* better acceleration.

Financially it sounds like a cracking deal!

Where else could you get a brand new car for £30 a month.

Its not the best of cars, but snobish-ness aside you could have this car, and save up for a really great one in three years.

If its an A-B car, why on earth would you not get it aside from the "OMG its a corsa" comments!

Infact you could even buy a nice car for personal use and drive the Corsa to work.

I could live with a corsa for that price... insurance would work out more over the 3 years...

The new Corsa is nowhere near as bad a car as the old one. As far as superminis go, it's competent and reasonably well built. If you want a no hassle, no worries approach to owning a car just to get you from A to B without hassle, this is a plan well worth considering.
