Network Support deal with our agents, NOT customers so its completely different...i have NO involvement with customers within a call center environment

I complained about Virgin Media call center....not ALL call centers....plus i dont speak to customers anymore lol

Tech guys network support were DSG after the move but capita wanted to take them on board. Not sure if they did or not.

I was in the same building as network support for quite some time I know exactly what there like and what they do and dont do.
